There are certain areas on the site that are restricted to "Participating Members" only. This is to try and ensure that the community remains as pure to it's intent as possible.

So, what is a participating member?

It's a variation of a lot of things. There was a large discussion from the community on what it should entail (See Here), and with the suggestions, I have made it this:

If you meet any of the following criteria, you are considered to be a participating member:

- If you are in any group other than Mod-let (ie. Heavy modders, Mod-erators, etc)
- If you are a Supporter of the site
- If you have posted a few mods, uploaded a profile photo of yourself, and filled in the "About Me" section of your profile (or if you've made few journal postings).
- If you've been a member for a few days, you have a profile photo uploaded, you're using your journal, and you've filled in the "About Me" section.

This is my second attempt with this type of restriction, and it could possible change again in the future. I will keep refining what the rules are until I get a happy medium. If you feel you are a participating member of the site, but you don't fit into these categories, please let me know so I can work something out.
